Upon arrival at Accra Kotoka International Airport, our experienced tour leader will assist and chauffeur you to Charleston hotel to relax and unwind after your long flight, approximately, 15 minutes drive.

The city of Accra dates back to the 15th century and has a blend of colonial and modern architecture that summarize her history. We will visit the W. E. B. Dubois Center for Pan African Culture, Independence/ Black Star Square, Kwame Nkrumah Memorial park, and Centre for arts & culture
Hotel: Charleston hotel
At 9:00am, we will leave for Assinmanso. During the trip, we will go past scenic villages and through the evergreen forests. On the way, we will stop at Assin Manso, where the mortal remains of two former slaves from the United States of America and Jamaica were re-interred in August 1998 during Ghana’s first Emancipation Day Celebration. You will also see the “Slave River” where captured Africans were washed before being confined in the Slave Castles to await shipment to the Americas and the Caribbean. After lunch, we will continue to Anomabo Beach Hotel to pass the night.

At 9 am, we will Visit the world’s heritage conservation centers of Elmina and Cape Coast Castle where many Africans were forced to leave their shores into the sugar cane and tobacco plantations of America & Caribbean Islands where the labor force was needed thereby creating the world’s largest Diaspora. After lunch, we will drive back to Anomabo Beach Hotel and pass the night.

Relax and enjoy the sandy beach at Lemon Beach Hotel. At 10 am, Afodat will entertain us with drumming and dance lessons. After the performance, relax and enjoy the sandy beach of Anomabo Beach Hotel.

At 8:30am, we will check out and depart to Accra. While in Accra, we will visit Makola Market, Osu Street Market, and PMMC jewelry shopmade with the finest Ghanaian gold and diamond.

After break we will drive for 4hrs to Lome, the capital of Togo. At the Togolese border, we will spend one and half hours for visa and other immigration documentation before we check in at the Hotel Napoleone Lagune in Lome. After lunch, we will visit the Grand Marche’being one of the biggest markets and offers an incredible real African market experience. We will also visit the Akodessewa fetish market, the 1905 German Cathedral, and the artisan’s village.

In the morning, we will check out and depart to the colonial capital of Aneho, 50km east of Lome. Togo. While in Aneho, we will visit Togoville, historically known as the Centre of Voodoo, where many voodoo practitioners were taken to Haiti as slaves. The chief's palace known as Maison Royal, houses the 1844 royal throne of Mlapa.

At 10am, we will visit Ouida, the sacred forest and the temple of pythons, 50k drive from Cotonou, watch the nonvenomous sacred and reverend pythons worshipped by some inhabitants of this country, and to listen to the history behind these amazing reptiles and why they are perceived as gods before we visit the Sacred forest of Ouida, with its unique collection of the legendary deities in the form of sculptures, and fascinating carvings associated with an intriguing story.
At 11am, we will check out and drive to Ghana. At the border, we will spend 30minutes for immigration checks before we depart finally to Charleston Hotel in Accra where we will spend the night.

At 12:00pm, we will checkout and drive to a local restaurant for lunch. After lunch, we will visit the Osu Street market and Centre for Arts & Culture for our last-minute shopping before we will depart finally to the Kotoka International Airport for check in and departure.
